With over four years’ experience working in Irish tax, Neha is a qualified accountant and a dedicated Taxation Consultant at DMC Atlantic. Neha works with a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors and industries, providing high-quality tax compliance and consultancy services. Neha has extensive experience in preparing and filing tax returns and computations for various tax heads, as well as conducting tax technical research, risk reviews, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Neha has assisted in the preparation of various tax advice letters and documents, covering areas such as capital gains tax, capital acquisitions tax, stamp duty, Revenue compliance obligations, and tax technical research. She has also supported numerous Revenue compliance interventions in the past. Neha has significant expertise in Irish corporate and personal tax administration and compliance, and tax debriefing. 

Pauline Lowe

Payroll & Company Secretarial Administrator

Pauline is a dedicated payroll professional having joined the team in 2016. She has extensive experience in managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments. With a strong background in accounting and finance, Pauline excels in handling payroll calculations, tax compliance, and benefits administration.

Pauline is committed to providing exceptional service to clients, addressing any payroll-related queries promptly and with clarity.

Stephen Devaney

Tax Consultant

Stephen is a Tax Consultant based in the Limerick office and has over 10 years of experience in taxation.

Stephen is a graduate of the Master of Taxation program at the University of Limerick. Stephen is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA AITI) and a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), with further qualifications in Payroll Management.

Stephen advises clients on a broad range of tax matters, providing technical expertise and practical guidance to support compliance and effective tax planning.

Patricia Sayers

Chartered Accountant

A qualified chartered accountant, Patricia originally joined the KRT (now DMC Atlantic) team as an Associate in 2018. Working as Tax Senior, Patricia assists clients with tax compliance. Patricia’s specific areas of expertise include assisting with the preparation and filing of estate tax returns, helping to minimize estates taxes and dealing with tax clearance queries.

Patricia also works with larger clients in preparing preliminary tax calculations and advising on preliminary tax positions. Patricia is proficient in many accountancy software packages including Caseware and Alphatax. Patricia is currently undertaking further taxation studies with the Irish Tax Institute.

John Riordan

Audit Director

Based in our Limerick office, John joined KRT (now DMC Atlantic) in 2011 right after graduating from college. As the Audit Director, John handles a wide range of clients, both audit and audit exempt, from various industries like motor, pharmaceutical, financial services, and IT.

A qualified chartered accountant, John enjoys working closely with clients and the DMC team to plan and carry out audits, making sure financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.

Andrejs Katkovs

Audit Associate

Andrejs became a valuable member of our audit team when he joined DMC in October 2023 as an Associate. Based in our Limerick office, Andrejs is a registered student with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

With a business degree in accounting and finance from the University of Limerick, Andrejs plays a crucial role in supporting the audit process and providing clients with insightful financial analysis.

Anthony Kiely

Audit Associate

Based in our Limerick office, Anthony joined the DMC team in 2023 working with the Accounts and Audit teams.  Anthony holds a degree in business studies from University of Limerick and is working towards his professional qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland.   

Patrick Hourihane

Assistant Manager

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Patrick joined the KRT (now DMC Atlantic) team in September 2019. Patrick is an audit professional with deep technical knowledge of financial accounting, audit preparation and compliance, which he uses to guide clients through the audit process ensuring clarity and confidence every step of the way.

In addition to his audit expertise, Patrick has extensive corporate tax and income tax knowledge, which he readily extends to his clients.

Mia Devitt

Audit Associate

Mia joined the DMC audit team in October 2023 and is a registered student with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Based in our Limerick office, Mia focuses on financial accounting, audit preparation and compliance, leveraging her strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure precise financial records and adherence to regulatory standards.

Nazmul Ahasan

Associate

Nazmul is an Audit Associate in the Audit team based in the Limerick office. Nazmul holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Accounting.

Nazmul is currently working toward his Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Nazmul assists in the preparation of audit files, performs substantive testing, and supports the delivery of audit engagements across a range of clients. Nazmul also analyzes financial information, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and contributes to the preparation of financial statements.

Katelyn Quirke

Associate

Katelyn is an Associate in the Audit team based in the Limerick office. Katelyn joined the audit department in October 2024.

Katelyn is a registered student with Chartered Accountants Ireland and is currently working toward her professional qualification. Katelyn is a graduate of the University of Limerick.

Katelyn supports audit and compliance engagements, bringing strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to her work.

Caroline Collins

Accountant

Caroline has over 13 years’ experience in practice. Caroline works with clients engaged in a wide range of sectors including agriculture, retail and the construction service industry. Caroline is responsible for accounts production, filing of corporation tax and income tax returns as well as VAT and payroll services. Caroline has developed strong relationships with each of her clients.

Bobby Copley

Qualified Accountant

Bobby has a Batchelors Degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma as an Accounting Technician. Bobby has 8 years’ experience in accountancy – his duties include liaising with clients in order to produce annual financial statements, corporation tax returns, income tax returns, VAT returns and payroll. He also files various submissions with the Companies Registration Office including annual returns, director appointments and new company incorporations.

Sarah Quin

Qualified Accountant

Sarah is a qualified accountant of 20 years+ experience in both practice and industry. With an extensive SME client base, she excels in a variety of sectors including legal firms, retail, manufacturing and medical services. Sarah also has a keen interest in IT and accounting software. Sarah is known for her attention to detail and her easy going manner with clients.

Deirdre Hayes

Senior Manager

Deirdre heads up our Cork City Office and has been working with DMC Atlantic for over 6 years.  Deirdre is a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in practice dealing with a wide portfolio of clients from sole traders to large companies. Deirdre has a particular interest in construction and engineering service organisations, the consultancy service industry and agricultural businesses. She specialises in the production of financial statements, income tax returns and corporate tax returns. Deirdre is also one of the main points of contact in relation to company secretarial submissions.  Deirdre is known for dealing with clients in a responsive, down to earth manner.

P.J. Blackwell

Qualified Accountant

PJ is a qualified accountant working in practice for over 30 years. During this period PJ has gained extensive experience working with a wide range of SME and family businesses, both as sole traders and corporate structures. In addition to accounts production, PJ works with many clients in relation to employer Paye, VAT and RCT tax compliance 

Roberta Tamulynaite

Assistant Manager

Roberta is an Accounts Assistant in the Cork City office with over 7 years’ experience in payroll and preparation of financial statements. Roberta has completed a Certificate in Payroll Techniques with IPASS. Her role includes liaising with clients on weekly basis in relation to VAT, payroll, accounts, bookkeeping and other issues that may be of concern to clients. She is currently a registered student with the Institute of Chartered Accountants.  

Evelyn Pigott

Qualified Accountant & Tax Advisor

Evelyn is a qualified accountant and tax consultant with over 14 years’ experience in practice. Evelyn deals with a wide variety of clients with a particular interest in solicitors, medical professionals, and the consultancy service industry. She specialises in accounts production and individual and corporate tax returns. She is known for her attention to detail and excellent communication skills which enables her to provide a down to earth, personable service to clients.

Laoise Foley

Accounts Associate

With over 20 years’ experience working as a bookkeeper in the hospitality sector, Laoise joined the DMC Atlantic team early in 2024 and is based in our Limerick office. Laoise has a keen interest in compliance and company law and regulation and enjoys assisting clients with practical regulatory guidance and accurate record keeping. Laoise has also completed a Certificate in Payroll Techniques with IPASS.

Syphonia Pua

Accounts Associate

Syphonia joined the DMC team in 2024 as a Payroll and Accounts Analyst. Based in the Limerick office and with over 10 years accounting and payroll experience, Syphonia works across a variety of sectors delivering quality weekly and monthly payroll services. Using her extensive bookkeeping and payroll experience, Syphonia is highly regarded for her accuracy, attention to detail and her responsiveness to clients.

Niall Crowley

Assistant Manager

Niall is an Assistant Manager in the Accounting team based in the Limerick office. Niall holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Limerick.

Niall is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Business Data Analyst with the Analytics Institute. Niall is currently undertaking Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) Part 2 exams with the Irish Tax Institute.

Niall has over five years of Irish practice experience, working across Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, CGT, and CAT. Niall also has extensive experience preparing financial statements for sole traders and SME clients across a broad range of industries.

Deborah Hickey

Manager

Deborah is a Manager in the Accounting team based in the Limerick office. Deborah began her professional career with Tiernan Sheahan (now DMC) as a trainee after completing a degree in Design at LSAD and gaining commercial experience as a business owner and bookkeeper.

Deborah has been ACA-qualified since 2022 and has developed strong expertise within the SME sector, particularly in retail, construction, and veterinary practices.

Deborah’s responsibilities include accounts preparation, corporation tax, income tax returns, and VAT compliance. Deborah works closely with clients, providing practical, tailored support across their financial and compliance needs

Dylan Kelly Higgins

Associate

Dylan is an Associate in the Accounting team based in the Limerick office. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, majoring in Accounting & Finance, from the University of Limerick.

Dylan is currently a registered student with Chartered Accountants Ireland and is working toward his Chartered Accountant qualification.

Dylan’s responsibilities include the preparation of annual financial statements, income tax and corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and supporting audit engagements.

Irfanullah Niazi

Associate

Irfanullah is an Associate in the Accounting team based in the Limerick office. Irfanullah holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS).

Irfanullah joined the firm in June 2024 and is a registered student with Chartered Accountants Ireland, working toward his professional qualification.

Irfanullah’s work includes financial reporting, Corporation Tax, and VAT compliance for a range of SME clients, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and professional standards.

Olha Kyslytska

Associate

Olha is an Associate in the Accounting team based in the Limerick office.

Olha holds a QQI Level 5 qualification in Business Studies – Accounting Practice. Olha also holds a Ukrainian Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing, specializing in Financing and Lending within the agricultural sector.

Olha is currently working toward her Accounting Technician qualification in Ireland. Olha’s responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with the preparation of VAT returns, and supporting the preparation of financial statements. Olha is committed to delivering high standards of accuracy and professionalism while continuing to develop her expertise within the accounting profession.

Ciara Ludden

Ciara is an Associate in the Accounting team based in the Limerick office. Ciara first joined the firm in 2023 as a placement student before returning in July 2025.

Ciara holds an Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance from Technological University of the Shannon (TUS). Ciara is currently a registered student with Chartered Accountants Ireland and is working toward her professional qualification.

Ciara manages key accounting functions for clients, supporting accounts preparation, tax compliance, and financial reporting while delivering accurate and timely service.

Elzbieta (Ela) Szafran

Assistant Manager

Ela is an Assistant Manager in the Accounting team based in the Limerick office.

Ela holds a BA in Bookkeeping and Finance and an Accounting Technician qualification. Ela has successfully completed the ACCA professional examinations.
Ela has over 10 years’ experience working in both practice and industry in Ireland, supporting a diverse portfolio of SME clients.

Ela’s work includes the preparation and review of audit-exempt financial statements, management accounts, and corporation and income tax returns, together with VAT, RCT, and CRO compliance. Ela works closely with clients, auditors, and financial institutions to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and fully compliant, and is known for her practical approach and attention to detail.

Michalina is a Bookkeeper in the Accounting team based in the Limerick office. Michalina holds a Diploma as an Accounting Technician.

Michalina has five years of experience in bookkeeping. Michalina supports the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, and VAT returns for a range of clients.
